• WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.

• WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT?

For CUT VINYL we ideally accept a vectored files in a .eps or .ai format. Please convert all text and strokes to outlines or paths. We also take Gerber, .plt , and Flexi files. For PRINTED MEDIA we would like a raster file like a .tiff or .psd file. All files should be flattened to one layer. * Note some effects do not import and should be rasterized. Resolution should be at least 72dpi at full size. If you have any questions or need help contact us and we can walk you throught!

• WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

We use 3m, Arlon and Gerber Vinyls.

• HOW LONG DO YOUR SIGNS AND GRAPHICS LAST?

We use both economy (Calendered) and high performance (Cast) vinyls in order to offer our customers a price choice. Calendered vinyls can last up to 7 years where cast vinyls will last around 8 to 10 years. Another factor in the longevity of your sign and or graphics is the substrate (item the sign or graphic is mounted to) you build your sign from. For example an aluminum substrate will last much longer than a plastic one.

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY SIGN?

Depending on, the complexity of the project and, our current project load, we can produce signs anywhere from mere hours to several days. Most projects will fall into the 3 to 5 day range. Another factor in with digital prints is that we need to allow the ink sufficient time to dry to ensure a quality product. This may add a day to your project.

Yes, we have helped hundreds of people and companies over the years develop logos and complete business identities. We have a graphic staff that will work with you from start to finish.
